?? Role & Responsibilities
This is a hybrid House Manager & Nanny role, with emphasis on household management, organization, and oversight, alongside attentive care for the children during working hours.
House Management
- Oversee daily household operations and routines
- Manage grocery shopping, household inventory, and light meal prep for the family
- Coordinate with the part-time housekeeper and support overall home organization
- Family laundry and maintaining orderly common spaces
- Act as a trusted point person for the household, ensuring smooth daily flo
Childcare Support
- Provide attentive care for an infant and toddler during working hours
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support developmental milestones
- Prepare children’s meals and snacks
- Transport children to activities or school once trust is established
- Confidently and calmly manage toddler behavior

Candidate will be subject to comprehensive background screening, including criminal history, employment and education verification, motor vehicle report, drug screening, and social media review.
? Schedule & Hours
- Set Schedule of 48 hours per week (hours over 40 to be paid at overtime rate)
- Monday–Thursday, approximately 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: optional date-night hours at the employee’s discretion
?? Compensation & Benefits
- $35/hour plus overtime at time and a half for estimated annual compensation of $95,000-$105,000 annually, depending on experience
