Executive Assistant / Household & Lifestyle Manager

A highly respected Palm Beach principal seeks an exceptional Executive Assistant / Household & Lifestyle Manager to provide hands-on support across scheduling, correspondence, household operations, and day-to-day lifestyle management.
This is a trusted, in-person role for a polished, discreet professional who brings warmth, strong judgment, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will create structure, calm, and continuity while serving as a reliable right hand in a dynamic private environment.
This role will coordinate schedules and communication with family members and outside service providers as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
* Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, calls, and reminders
* Handle correspondence, invitations, and routine communications
* Assist with Zoom and virtual meetings
* Attend select appointments or meetings, take notes, and track follow-up items
* Maintain organized digital and paper files
Household Management
* Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the residence
* Coordinate staff, vendors, deliveries, maintenance, and projects
* Help keep the home organized, guest-ready, and running efficiently
* Liaise with bookkeeping / HR support as needed
Personal Support
* Assist with travel planning, transportation, itineraries, and packing
* Coordinate wardrobe care, tailoring, dry cleaning, and errands
* Provide thoughtful in-person support throughout the day
* Help maintain routines, structure, and consistency
Family & Care Coordination
* Communicate with family regarding schedules and priorities
* Coordinate with nurse and care providers on calendars and follow-up needs
* Use sound judgment to escalate concerns when appropriate
Qualifications
* 7+ years supporting an executive, principal, or private household
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* High discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism
* Comfortable supporting an older principal with warmth and respect
* Tech proficient: Outlook, iPhone, Mac & PC, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Teams, digital filing systems
* Comfortable using modern AI productivity tools like ChatGPT
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule
Monday through Friday, generally 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, based on needs. Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, travel, and urgent schedule changes required.
