A large private estate in Palm Beach is seeking a Butler to join a well-established, high-functioning household team. This role is ideal for junior butlers or candidates with luxury hospitality experience (hotels, resorts, fine dining, private clubs) who are eager to grow within a private service environment. Local candidates only — no travel required.
Schedule
This position operates on a rotating shift structure to support daily household service:

Morning Shift: approximately 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Breakfast / Lunch)

Afternoon Shift: approximately 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Evening Shift: approximately 4:00 PM – 1:00–2:00 AM (Dinner Service)
Flexibility is required; schedules are set in advance.
Responsibilities

Provide polished, attentive table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Assist with formal and informal meal service, including setup, service, and breakdown

Support events, dinners, and entertaining alongside a large household team

Maintain dining rooms, pantries, and service areas to the highest standards

Work collaboratively with chefs, housekeepers, and senior service staff

Follow established household protocols with discretion and professionalism

Ensure a seamless, guest-focused service experience at all times
Qualifications

Junior butlers welcome; luxury hospitality experience strongly considered

Background in high-end hotels, resorts, private clubs, yachts, or fine dining preferred

Strong team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude

Comfortable working within a large, structured household team
