Our returning San Francisco client is seeking a polished, discreet, and highly capable Personal Valet to provide seamless support across wardrobe management, refined personal service, household coordination, and light hands-on household support. This is a highly trusted, service-oriented position requiring strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to operate with discretion in a private, high-standard environment. The successful candidate is a resourceful problem solver who moves comfortably between personal service, wardrobe oversight, household organization, and light administrative or technical tasks. Absolute discretion, loyalty, and professionalism are essential.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of caring for fine garments, including tailoring coordination, wardrobe preparation, and maintaining impeccable presentation standards, with a strong eye for style and detail.
  • Confident and experienced driver comfortable operating luxury automobiles in an urban environment.
  • Local to San Francisco and able to provide consistent morning support several days per week.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable with basic technology, including email, shared calendars, and light digital organization.
  • Prior experience in a private service, house management, valet, wardrobe, or similar role within a high-standard environment preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide refined personal service and daily valet support to the principal.
  • Oversee wardrobe organization, garment care, seasonal rotation, and coordination with specialty garment professionals.
  • Prepare clothing, accessories, and luggage for travel and daily use, ensuring readiness and presentation at all times.
  • Support overall household organization, presentation, and operational flow.
  • Maintain awareness of household inventory, supplies, and general readiness.
  • Assist with light housekeeping support and coordination of services as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers and serve as a point of contact when required.
  • Assist with formal table service and hospitality support during occasional meals or gatherings.
  • Maintain order, organization, and presentation of the residence.
  • Provide support with errands and household-related tasks when needed.
  • Support garment care, including oversight of laundry, pressing, steaming, and presentation as appropriate.
  • Assist with vehicle readiness, including coordination of cleaning, fueling, and servicing.
  • Operate with a polished, detail-oriented, and service-driven approach at all times.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $120,000+ DOE per year
