The Role

You will partner closely with the principal across business, philanthropic, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a strategic thought partner and execution partner

• Preparing for, participating in, and driving outcomes from high-level meetings

• Managing complex calendars and cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution

• Prioritizing and protecting the principal’s time, focus, and energy

• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Stepping in wherever needed to move priorities forward

You will have visibility into sensitive matters and be expected to operate with maturity, discretion, and sound judgment at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience operating closely with senior leadership (Founder, Principal, CEO, or equivalent)

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities

• High degree of flexibility with time, travel, and scope

• Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills

• Absolute discretion and integrity

• Senior operator or second-in-command roles
