Full Time Live In Nanny

Position Overview:

• Live-in role with a separate private wing in the home (located near the children’s playroom but separate from the main living areas)

• Schedule: 6 days per week

  • Monday–Friday: approximately 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Weekend availability as needed (flexibility is required)

Primary Responsibilities:

• School pick-ups and drop-offs as needed

• Transporting children to and from activities

• Primary care for a 1-year-old baby girl during school hours while the two older boys are in school

• Preparing simple, healthy meals for the baby and 2 older boys when needed + ability to maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen afterward

• Assisting with homework

• Maintaining organization of children’s spaces and encouraging responsibility and time management (e.g., helping guide transitions like cleaning up toys before leaving) - this is a must

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience with infants and multiple children

• Warm, engaging, and nurturing, while also mature, responsible, discreet, and composed

• Experience working in UHNW households preferred

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally with the family + packing for the children

• Comfortable around dogs

• Ability to complete expense reports and keep track of receipts for work-related expenses

• Strong time management skills and ability to follow through on tasks

• Ability to communicate effectively with household staff, including coordinating with housekeeping when needed

• Must maintain cleanliness and organization in personal living space

Additional Details:

• Use of a nanny vehicle (must keep the interior tidy on a daily basis; professional detailing provided bi-weekly)

• Must work well within a fully staffed home environment (PA/house manager, two full-time housekeepers, and outside vendors)
