A highly accomplished CEO based in Palm Beach, Florida is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to serve as a strategic partner in both executive operations and private life management. This individual will act as the central hub between the CEO’s business affairs and household operations, ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency, and discretion at all times.
The ideal candidate is poised, proactive, and experienced in supporting high-level executives. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant to a CEO is highly preferred. This role requires flexibility, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars and daily priorities

Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, executives, household staff, vendors, and external partners
