Position Overview

A highly accomplished CEO based in Palm Beach, Florida is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to serve as a strategic partner in both executive operations and private life management. This individual will act as the central hub between the CEO’s business affairs and household operations, ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency, and discretion at all times.

The ideal candidate is poised, proactive, and experienced in supporting high-level executives. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant to a CEO is highly preferred. This role requires flexibility, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars and daily priorities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, executives, household staff, vendors, and external partners

  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries

  • Oversee scheduling of business meetings, social engagements, and family commitments

  • Act as the communication bridge between business operations and private residence

  • Handle confidential correspondence, contracts, and sensitive information

  • Manage special projects from planning through execution

  • Coordinate private events and engagements

  • Liaise with estate staff and service providers to ensure smooth household operations

  • Monitor expenses, invoices, and reporting as needed

  • Ensure the CEO’s day-to-day life operates seamlessly and efficiently

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive or ultra-high-net-worth individual

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant to a CEO is highly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage both business and personal affairs

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-driven mindset

  • Professional presence with impeccable discretion

  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and calendar management systems
