Housekeeper / Family Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and discreet Housekeeper/Family Assistant to support an UHNW family at several seasonal residences around the U.S on both the East and West coasts. This position will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization and is very service-oriented. This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional who excels in luxury home care and service, understands discretion, and can work well with other staff. This is a full-time, on-site role and requires flexibility for longer hours and weekends, as needed. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-level daily housekeeping duties, including deep cleaning and organizing.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding family members, guests and assets.
• Maintain professional communication with principals and other staff.
• Ensure all bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces at all properties are consistently guest ready.
• Manage fine laundry processes including washing, pressing, folding, and dry-clean coordination.
• Run errands as requested. 
• Meal service and support to chef, when requested. 
• Assist with feeding and walking the dogs.
• Pitch in with other family/household tasks as requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of housekeeping experience in a private upscale residence.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism at all times.
• Experienced in providing seamless, discreet service within a private home setting.
• Flexible availability for evening or weekend hours as needed.
• Reliable, discreet, and respectful of household privacy.
• Excellent references from former employers or coworkers.
• Ability to work well as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English necessary.
• Must be a legal U.S. resident with valid work authorization.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
