A private couple is seeking two experienced, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join an established team of four housekeepers in a high-level private residence in Miami. One position will serve as Head Housekeeper, and one as Executive Housekeeper.
This is a long-term opportunity for career professionals who take pride in exceptional standards, understand formal household environments, and work well within a collaborative team structure.
Primary Responsibilities
• Laundry management with extensive experience in garment care, including washing, pressing, steaming, folding, organizing closets, and handling delicate and high-end fabrics
• Daily cleaning and upkeep of bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas to impeccable standards
• Maintaining organization throughout the residence
• Occasional dog care. The dog does not reside full time in the home but visits periodically. Prior dog experience is required
• Supporting overall household operations as directed
Additional Responsibilities for Head Housekeeper
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and coordinate workflow among team members
• Ensure standards are consistently upheld across all areas of the residence
• Communicate directly with principals and household management as needed
• Assist with inventory oversight of cleaning supplies and household essentials
Schedule
When the family is in Miami, typically January through May:
• Monday through Saturday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday hours paid at overtime rate
When the family is not in Miami:
• Schedule reduces to approximately three days per week
• Final schedule dependent on household needs, projects, and family calendar

Travel Requirements
• Aspen travel required every other year for approximately two weeks around Christmas
• Potential travel of one to one and a half months in August and September every other year
Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of private household housekeeping experience
• Exceptional cleaning standards and strong attention to detail
• Extensive laundry experience, including high-end wardrobe care
• Experience working as part of a team in a staffed residence
• Comfortable with and experienced around dogs
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong work ethic
