Senior Executive Assistant for UHNW Founder/Investor
Woodside, CA (office-based with flexibility)
Compensation: $175,000–$210,000 base DOE + full benefits
General business hours with flexibility; responsiveness outside standard hours required
Supervising a team of 4- 5 virtual assistants, in office -- Woodside
Seeking a low-ego, highly intuitive, tech-savvy Senior Executive Assistant to support a dynamic CEO/Founder. This is a business-focused role requiring strong judgment, anticipation, and the ability to pivot quickly while keeping systems, people, and priorities aligned.
The ideal candidate is warm and personable, able to read a room instinctively, and comfortable supporting an independent, fast-moving leader.
The role works closely with a Chief of Staff, Estate Manager, Personal Assistants, and a 24/7 virtual assistant team.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Serve as the primary, Woodside-based Executive Assistant
Anticipate needs; engage proactively with prepared questions
Respond to requests with sound judgment, discretion, and efficiency
Track evolving priorities and adjust plans in real time
Calendar & Travel
Manage complex, ever-changing executive calendars
Oversee domestic and international travel, primarily private aviation
Handle logistics, briefing materials, and contingencies at a high level
Team & Systems Leadership
Lead and coordinate a rotating team of virtual and on-site assistants
Act as escalation point when issues arise
Ensure smooth handoffs, coverage, and continuity
Build, refine, and maintain effective systems and workflows
Collaboration
Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and Estate Manager
Coordinate with drivers, household staff, and Personal Assistants
Support social calendars, event oversight, and gifting as needed
Experience & Profile
Senior EA experience supporting C-level CEOs/Founders or UHNW principals only
Highly tech-savvy with strong systems fluency
Proven success in fast-paced, high-change environments
Advanced calendar and travel management expertise
Warm, polished, and emotionally intelligent; reads a room well
Calm, positive, and action-oriented
Flexible and responsive to after-hours changes
