Full-Time Estate Housekeeper
Phoenix, Arizona
A private residence in the prestigious Biltmore Estates area of Phoenix is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the household team. This is an excellent opportunity for a career Housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining a beautifully appointed home to exceptional standards.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in high-end private residences, luxury estates, or similarly demanding environments where discretion, professionalism, and meticulous housekeeping are essential.
Position Details:
• Full-Time
• 40 hours per week
• $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily detailed cleaning of formal and informal living spaces
• Care of fine furnishings, marble, stone, wood, and specialty surfaces
• Laundry, ironing, steaming, folding, and wardrobe organization
• Bed making and linen changes to luxury standards
• Maintain kitchens, bathrooms, guest rooms, and outdoor entertaining areas
• Organization of closets, pantries, cabinets, and storage spaces
• Monitor household supplies and communicate restocking needs
• Assist with seasonal deep cleaning projects
• Maintain consistent presentation of the residence at all times
• Work seamlessly alongside other household staff when needed
Requirements:
• Prior high-end residential or estate housekeeping experience required
• Strong knowledge of proper cleaning methods and premium household materials
• Excellent laundry and garment care skills
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent references from previous private employers
Preferred:
• Experience in staffed estates or luxury compounds
• Familiarity with household schedules, guest readiness, and service standards
• Longevity in previous private household positions
